CCRC Farms is looking for a dependable, reliable, and self-driven individual to fulfill the Field Manager position.
RESPONSABILITIES -
The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires but instead are intended as a general scope of work.
- Assist with all farming operations.
- Assist with equipment repair, shop operations, cost control, and in field implement setup.
- Oversee employees working on ranch.
- Install, maintain & repair Irrigation Systems.
- Spraying herbicide and insecticides.
- Operate equipment for orchard and row crop production.
REQUIREMENTS -
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in farm management.
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to communicate well with fellow employees.
- Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Have a general knowledge of GPS tractor guidance and leveling systems.
- Read, write, and speak English and Speak basic conversational Spanish.
This position reports to the General Ranch Manager.
This position directly supervises 5-10 employees. The position shall carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures and applicable laws. Such supervisory responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to; assigning and directing work; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and disputes.
Pay: $90,000.00 – open based on work experience.
