Responsibilities

Provide personal care, companionship, and observation for changes in health status.

Follow detailed care plans and communicate effectively with care teams.

Support clients’ emotional and physical well-being tailored to dementia care needs.
Requirements
-
Experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.

Physical ability to assist with client mobility and lifting as needed.

Comfort and experience with Hospice, end-of-life clients is a must.

Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or developmental disabilities care is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills is a plus.
