Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues efficiently and accurately
- Repair or replace defective components and ensure all work meets manufacturer and code requirements
- Test and verify system operation, airflow, and combustion performance where applicable
- Follow all safety procedures, industry standards, and company protocols
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all services performed in company software
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing professional recommendations and education on system operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- NH Gas License
- EPA Certification
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar field role
- Strong understanding of HVAC system operation, schematics, electrical circuits, and design principles
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
