We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store Merchandising Representative to work independently in a retail store environment. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active, and managing their own daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Stock and maintain products and displays
*
Cut keys according to customer specifications
*
Maintain and service key-cutting machines
*
Assist customers and explain product features and benefits
*
Keep displays clean, organized, and properly labeled
*
Report out-of-stock products and complete required surveys
*
Set up, maintain, and occasionally tear down displays and fixtures
*
Assist with promotions, grand openings, and training store associates
*
Maintain daily activity logs and follow store procedures
*
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
*
Reliable transportation
*
Comfortable working independently
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
*
Previous retail, merchandising, or planogram experience preferred
*
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
*
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
*
Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and performing physical tasks
*
Able to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions when required
