Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as painting and fabricating as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems, using logic controllers and schematics to resolve issues.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintenance of facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure proactive maintenance and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Experience with fabricating and painting is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with a proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and courteous experience.
- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and climbing, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as needed for job duties.
