We are a small, luxury spec home builder operating from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Gardens. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with a well-rounded background in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, has experience on residential job sites, and takes pride in producing quality work.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with room for growth and bonus opportunities based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform framing, demolition, carpentry, and general construction tasks
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Follow project plans and directions from supervisors
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required
- Proficient with common hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of residential construction methods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
