The Opportunity
My Fit Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our NEW AUSTIN LOCATION who brings both high energy and strong people development skills. You’ll lead daily execution, coach your team, and partner with one of the top-performing GMs in the country to build a world-class operation.
You’ll set the tone on the floor while also developing team members through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability. This role has a clear growth path to GM, with direct access to executive mentorship and a structured leadership development program.

What You’ll Do
- Foster My Fit Foods’ elite team culture
- Lead by example with presence, effort, and energy
- Support the GM in daily execution, hiring, training, and team development
- Deliver exceptional customer service and elevate others to meet that standard
- Run opening and closing shifts with full leadership responsibility
- Own key routines: inventory, food safety, cleanliness, scheduling
- Execute local marketing and grassroots outreach
- Train new hires with clear expectations
- Coach team members through ongoing feedback, development, and accountability
- Lead effective 1-on-1s focused on growth and performance
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and communicate team updates
- Work directly with executive leadership and receive hands-on coaching
