- Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated on-site Coffee Barista to prepare specialty coffees, smoothies, and fresh juice drinks while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires reliable transportation for scheduled opening and closing shifts, professionalism, organization, and high standards of cleanliness and safety. Flexibility with early morning and evening shifts is essential, along with the ability to follow directions accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, smoothies, and fresh juices
- Set up and break down the station efficiently at the start and end of each shift
- Engage professionally with customers and address their needs
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety standards, and an attractive work environment
- Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines consistently
Qualifications: Previous experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is necessary for punctuality on early morning and late shifts. Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are key qualities for success in this role.
