Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable, high-quality epoxy flooring systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets precise specifications, adheres to safety standards, and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, grinding, and etching to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings.
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure smooth, durable, and visually appealing finishes
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and carpentry skills for surface preparation, patching, and finishing work.
- Ensure all flooring installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks such are completed successfully and professionally.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and durability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, and have a good work ethic

Qualifications
- Experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems
- Strong knowledge of surface prep and coating techniques.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing equipment, buffing machines, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on your feet
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
