Rosehill Gardens is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing outdoor construction team. Our projects include custom decks, pergolas, patio covers, outdoor living structures, and related residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and install decks, pergolas, gazebos, and outdoor structures
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and specifications
- Operate carpentry tools and construction equipment safely
- Perform framing, finishing, and general construction tasks
- Assist with electrical and plumbing installations related to outdoor projects
- Ensure work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Familiarity with residential building codes
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
