We're looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to own the Boise / Treasure Valley territory and help us expand our footprint across Idaho's booming construction and industrial markets.

Compensation
- Base salary: $36,000–$48,000 annually
- Uncapped new account commissions

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with construction companies, manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, recyclers, and industrial facilities
- Prospect new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person visits
- Conduct site assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Schedule and run demonstrations with our mobile compaction truck
- Present proposals and close recurring service agreements
- Maintain and grow a book of business throughout the Treasure Valley

This is not a desk job.
You'll spend most of your time meeting decision-makers, visiting facilities, attending job sites, and helping businesses save money.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Experience selling recurring service contracts is a plus
