What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of diesel technicians
- Foster a culture of respect, safety, and collaboration
- Keep workflow organized and efficient
- Assist with diagnostics and repairs when needed
- Road‑test vehicles (CDL required) to ensure repair quality
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Support hiring, training, and ongoing employee growth
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to building a positive shop culture
