About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and editing programs on CNC milling machines to produce precision components for aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor applications. We have openings on both first and second shifts.

Responsibilities
· Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills
· Edit and adjust G-code programs on the machine
· Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
· Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds
· Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks
· Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, depth gauges)
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
· 2+ years CNC milling experience with a Machine Tool degree, or 5+ years of hands-on experience
· Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
· Dependable with strong attention to detail
· Willingness to work overtime as needed

· Haas CNC mills (required)
· Mazak machining centers (plus)
· Mazatrol programming (plus)
· Mastercam experience (plus)

Schedule
· Monday–Friday
· 8-hour shifts
· Day and evening shifts available
· Overtime available
