Human Resources Specialist

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
We're looking for an HR professional who enjoys working with people just as much as paperwork. This position is with a well-established health facility and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a team where employees are supported, respected, and appreciated.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be welcoming a new hire, the next you're helping a manager with hiring, answering employee questions, or making sure everything behind the scenes is running smoothly. What you'll be involved with:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Assisting with orientation and new hire paperwork
- Supporting employees with HR questions
- Maintaining personnel records and HR documentation
- Assisting with benefits and leave administration
- Helping managers with hiring and employee-related matters
- Keeping HR processes organized and compliant
We're hoping to find someone who:
- Has previous Human Resources experience
- Is organized and dependable
- Enjoys building relationships with employees
- Communicates well with people at all levels
- Can handle confidential information with professionalism
- Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required
