We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry.
In this role, you’ll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes. Responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable plans and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes

Managing project scope, budget, and timelines in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), and escalating risks or changes as needed

Developing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and executive updates

Supporting project team execution by clarifying responsibilities, offering guidance, and contributing to the development of high-quality client deliverables

Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution and identify opportunities for process improvement
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant project management experience in life sciences or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional internal teams

A strong foundation in clinical operations and a working knowledge of the drug development process

Familiarity with TMF systems and regulatory expectations related to clinical trial documentation

The ability to lead project execution while providing hands-on support with deliverable development

Experience supporting change management efforts, including stakeholder coordination, training logistics, and communication planning

A proactive, consultative approach to client service with strong communication and problem-solving skills
