GENERAL SUMMARY:
This role supports a dual-operation transport service based out of Aguadilla. Contractors provide dual-purpose driving coverage during their agreed availability windows: executing rapid-loop airport shuttles for parking clients to/from Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN), and operating premium, on-demand private limo/chauffeur transit to destinations island-wide (beaches, restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc)
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Commits to making every encounter with our co-workers, and customers the best that it can be.
2. As required, maintain a current license and a clean driving record. Takes responsibility for own safety as well as the safety of customers and their family. *Participates in the following: a. Independent Contractor meetings
b. Performance improvement initiatives
c. Orientation of new independent contractors
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. At least one year of driving experience
2. Excellent Customer Service
3. Attention to details
4. For Customer Service and Daily Chatting (Conversational)
● Must be comfortable speaking and text-chatting in English and Spanish daily LICENSE: (Class 3 Driver’s License) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: (Certificate of good conduct obtained by the police department of Puerto Rico) and law 300 background PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
2. Ability to reach, lift and push heavy objects. Carry luggage (up to 50 pounds capacity)
3. Ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy.
4. Ability to enter words and data into a computer
