The Boca Grande Club, a premier private member club, is seeking a polished, guest-focused Server with Bartending Experience to join our Food & Beverage team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver refined, attentive table service in a fine dining environment
- Step behind the bar as needed — craft cocktails, pour wine, and manage service with confidence
- Anticipate member needs and uphold the Club's standards of hospitality and discretion
- Work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen teams during a fast-paced, upscale service
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in fine dining or private club service
- Bartending skills — classic cocktails, wine knowledge, and POS proficiency
- Professional presentation and genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and seasonal peak periods (Jan–Mar)
- Team player who takes pride in exceptional service

Rate with tips range from $40-$60 an hour. Sometimes more.
Minimum 2 years experience preferred but not required.
Jonas POS knowledge a plus.
