Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will support the servers by ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role is essential in enhancing the overall guest experience and requires a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Bus tables promptly, clearing dishes, utensils, and glassware to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Communicate effectively with both guests and staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in bussing, banquet services, or kitchen operations is a plus.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
