A well-established and rapidly growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join its construction leadership team. What you will be doing:
- Lead all field operations from project startup through completion.
- Direct and coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable electrical codes and company quality standards.
- Develop and manage manpower plans and material forecasts.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as project demands change.
- Track project progress, labor hours, safety documentation, incidents, and change orders.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate with Project Managers and other departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop field personnel while fostering a positive team culture.
What you need for this position:
- 5+ of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or comparable field leadership role.
- Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Strong background managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Comfortable working on project sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas markets.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
