WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s strategic partner and second-in-command. You won’t just run shifts — you’ll help run the business.
You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving financial results, and ensuring operational excellence in every corner of the store..
Leadership & Team Development
- Co-lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver best-in-class performance.
- Take ownership of hiring support, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and authentic hospitality.
- Step in as acting Store Manager when needed, including staff scheduling, inventory ordering, reporting, conducting interviews and disciplinary actions
Business & Financial Performance
- Support full P&L awareness: sales, labor cost, food cost, and controllable expenses.
- Drive revenue growth through operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Contribute to local store marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Operations Excellence
- Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on consistency and scalability.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health regulations, and brand standards.
- Optimize scheduling, inventory management, and ordering processes.
- Maintain a high-volume, fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
Guest Experience
- Champion an outstanding guest experience rooted in authentic Italian warmth.
- Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and proactively.
- Lead by example on the floor during peak hours.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5+ years of experience in restaurant or food retail leadership roles (Assistant Manager, Senior Supervisor, or similar).
- Strong understanding of high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and influence performance outcomes.
- Financially savvy — you understand margins, labor targets, and productivity drivers.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Passion for hospitality and authentic Italian food culture.
Experience in new store openings or expansion-driven brands is a strong plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfortable lifting items weighing up to 50–60 lbs. as part of daily operations.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and crouching.
- Able to handle kitchen tools and sharp equipment safely and responsibly.
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
