Role: Sr. Test Engineer – Medical Device
Location: Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)
Employment: W2 Contract
Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Test Engineer to support manufacturing test systems for a leading medical device company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic test systems, improving manufacturing test equipment, and supporting production in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing test systems and test tooling
- Perform component-level electronic diagnostics
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend design improvements
- Analyze test data and improve test equipment and testing procedures
- Design, develop, and support automated test methods and fixtures
- Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external suppliers
- Support new test system development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document failure analysis, repairs, and engineering recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant Test Engineering experience
- Experience supporting medical device manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with manufacturing test systems and electronic hardware
Pay: $45.82 - $55.73 per hour
Work Location: In person
