Job responsibilities, include the following:
- provide an elevated customer experience
- create a welcoming environment for all our customer and staff
- work with a dynamic, diverse team to reach a common goal
- handle opening and closing tasks with pride and diligence
- opening and closing the store with a team
- ensuring the team working beneath you upholds all standards and adheres to all procedures
- assist with scheduling, ordering and inventory control
- on-board and train staff according to company guidelines
- assist with cash handling
- assist with all company wide operational initiatives
