We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to join our team and work alongside the grounds maintenance team. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising a team, maintaining a variety of tasks and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
-Supervise and lead a crew in various landscaping tasks including pruning, plant installation and herbicide application and landscape design.
-Provide guidance and instruction to team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
-Cross train team members to perform different functions within the department and improve overall proficiency throughout the department.
-Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
-Conduct regular inspections of work being performed and address any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and garden care techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Certification in tree care or landscaping is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
