We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our 3PL dropship operations, with a focus on customer-facing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, excellent bilingual communication skills, and the ability to manage driver check-ins and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Familiarity with AI tools is a plus to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations of the 3PL dropship facility

Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely deliveries

Conduct regular check-ins with drivers and maintain updated delivery schedules

Provide support and training to Customer Service Representatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency

Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or logistics

Proven track record in a customer-facing role

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
