Preschool Teacher - Hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
This position would include working with 3-5 years olds.

Duties
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
- Support classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior and effective behavior management techniques.
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational activities designed to enhance childhood development milestones.
- Implement lessons to ensure consistency with educational standards.
- Monitor children’s progress through observations and documentation to inform individualized learning plans or early intervention strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or developmental needs.
- This position does REQUIRE DIAPER CHANGING/POTTY TRAINING, CLEANING, AND OTHER CARE TASKS.
Requirements
- Prior classroom experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preffered.
- Basic understanding of childhood development, including preschool care and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; training hours will be required within a specific timeframe of being hired. Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
