Still Water Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMC/LMHC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
- Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW or LMC/LMHC license in the United States.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
