Key Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel and IHG brand standards

Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities

Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Ensure carts are stocked and organized at all times

Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed
