Restaurant Supervisor — River North Bistro
Ready to step into management? River North Bistro is looking for a sharp, hospitality-driven Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our FOH team in the heart of River North, one of Chicago's most vibrant and fast-growing neighborhoods, at 660 N State St.

We're a bistro-style concept serving refined, ingredient-driven fare across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch — a touch more polished than casual, with a menu built around fresh, seasonal ingredients and a thoughtful bar program. What you'll own
- Run the floor across all dayparts and set the standard every shift
- Lead pre-shift meetings and manage smooth daypart transitions
- Assign sections, make cut calls, and handle guest recovery in real time
- Partner with the General Manager on training and new hire onboarding
- Drive food and beverage sales through genuine, knowledgeable conversation — not a script
- Enforce health code and liquor law compliance. No exceptions.

What you bring
- 1–2 years of restaurant experience (supervisory background a plus, not required)
- Calm under pressure, strong floor presence, deep menu knowledge
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and brunch shifts
- ServSafe, Allergen & BASSET required within 30 days of hire
