Role Description
As a Sisley Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
- Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Retail Sales experience.
- Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
- To meet and exceed monthly sales goals .
- Greet and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs.
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company
- Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times
- Work with the Boutique manager on day to day operations.
- Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Flushing, NY 11354 (Preferred)
