Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Americas Sales Operations – Cloud department supporting large-scale cloud service provider accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary operational execution partner for large, high-volume cloud service provider accounts.
- Manage day-to-day execution tasks including backlog, forecast updates, purchase order reconciliation, shipment alignment, and inventory positioning.
- Analyze historical data, customer forecasts, and demand signals to support accurate supply planning and proactive risk management.
- Develop, maintain, and validate operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure data integrity and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and other teams to resolve execution issues and escalate risks as needed.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics within a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage complex, high-volume datasets effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting cloud, hyperscaler, or large technology customers is preferred.
