We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Wireless Sales Representatives. No prior experience is required—we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Share information about wireless products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and provide support
- Help customers explore products and service options that fit their needs
- Stay up to date on available products and promotions
- Work with team members to achieve daily goals
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
