Huntingdon Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical nursing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality resident care.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on nursing leader who can support staff development, maintain survey readiness, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence in care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff including Unit Managers and Supervisors
- Maintain survey readiness and drive improvements in quality measures and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing workflows
- Monitor clinical performance and implement process improvements
- Participate in care planning and family meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
- 3+ years of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to drive clinical quality and operational performance

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
