Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our Powder Coating facility, ensuring that products are efficiently received, stored, and shipped. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards.
Duties
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts for order picking and material handling.
- Conduct lifting and hanging of products as needed, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
