Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of <PERSON>. This role is essential in ensuring the successful completion of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, construction, and restoration, with hands-on experience in a variety of related tasks.
Duties
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks to create high-quality finishes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as required by specific projects.
- Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, and siding with precision.
- Conduct roofing, woodworking, and heavy lifting tasks as necessary.
- Participate in water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts.
- Carry out plumbing, masonry, remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical work when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites while maintaining a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading.
- Strong background in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and various woodworking techniques.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, plastering techniques, rebar installation, and fixture installation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Experience in the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation is preferred.
