Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
- Assist customers with product or service issues by troubleshooting problems and offering clear, effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Support client services by processing orders, returns, or payments with attention to detail and cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences during every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases.
- Prior experience in call centers, customer support, or client services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, convey information clearly, and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
