We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, results oriented Call Center Representative to support our primary care medical practice. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high call volumes while delivering an efficient, effective and consistently positive patient experience.
Typical Daily Tasks / Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage patient inquiries; manage phone, messaging, and fax communications
- Collect and maintain patient information; communicate provider instructions and coordinate appointments
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and collect applicable patient balances
- Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare, and navigate multiple healthcare systems

Schedule
- Full-Time, in-office
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends or holidays
- Shifts are 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM
This position is based in our Central Business Office in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
