Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for Aggregate and Pneumatic Trucking. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of our fleet of trucks carrying aggregates and pneumatic materials to various destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs
- Monitor and track the movement of trucks using GPS technology
- Ensure that all trucks are properly loaded and secured before leaving the yard
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure that trucks are properly maintained and serviced
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the aggregate or pneumatic trucking industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with GPS tracking technology and dispatch software
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
