ACMRehab is a PT-owned mobile outpatient physical therapy practice providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes and community settings. We are looking for reliable Physical Therapists to join us as independent contractors.
Position Details
- Flexible 1099 schedule — you control your availability
- $55 / visit for 3 units billed (38 min visit). $71.00 / visit for 4 units billed (55 min visit)
- Focus on quality care rather than high visit quotas

Independent contractors receive 60% of actual collections.
Based on current Medicare Part B reimbursement rates in our area, this typically equals:
- Approximately $54–$55 for a standard 3-unit visit
- Approximately $71–$72 for a standard 4-unit visit

Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- Active NPI (or we can help you through the process if you don’t have one yet)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Comfortable delivering outpatient-level care in the home/community setting
Preferred
- New grads welcome
- Prefer experience for at least 1+ years
- Prior home health experience (helpful but not required)
- Self-motivated and dependable
