Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, Insurance Sales Agent already licensed in Virginia, Maryland, or West Virginia to join our growing team at Dulles Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Commercial property and casualty products to clients in our target states: VA, MD, WV, and DC.
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a passion for helping others, a 2 to 4 year proven track record of building relationships, and exceeding sales targets in the commercial insurance space.

Salary Range - $76,189.00 - $136,125.00 1st year. (base plus an aggressive commission split).

Requirements
- Driven, with a strong desire to serve and help others.
- Must have active Virginia, Maryland, or WVA (or other) Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Technologically savvy and proficient with PCs and Microsoft systems.
- U.S. work authorization (required).
Responsibilities
- Utilize various lead sources to prospect for new business.
- Prospect and call leads, ask for referrals, and build a network to grow their book of business.
- Educating clients and prospects about their coverage needs and options.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention, communicating with them via email, phone, and text as needed.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Update notes and tasks in our CRM and other organizational tools to accurately document all interactions with clients.
