Communications Coordinator
(a.k.a. The Nerve Center of Everything We Do)
We’re not looking for someone who can “answer emails.”
We’re looking for someone who can think fast, write sharply, speak clearly, and represent the company like it’s their name on the building.
This role sits at the intersection of communication, sales support and problem-solving. You are the first impression, the steady hand in the chaos, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’re the kind of person who spots errors instantly, communicates with precision, and can juggle five channels without dropping your tone or your standards… keep reading.
What You’ll Own
Frontline Communications (You Are the Voice)

- Respond to live chat in real time
- Monitor and manage the company’s general inbox with accuracy and urgency
- Triage, resolve, or escalate inquiries without friction
You don’t just respond. You represent.
Sales & Operations Support (You Keep Things Moving)
Behind every smooth sale is someone who made it look easy. That’s you.
- Perform credit card fraud checks with attention to detail
- Receive and process purchase orders accurately
- Support customer service and sales teams as needed
- Step into pricing and quote support when required
- Act as a backup for AI-driven request handling and response workflows
You are the safety net and the accelerator.

The Reality Check
This is not a “sit back and coast” role.
This is fast-paced, detail-heavy, communication-critical work.
But if you’re someone who takes pride in doing things right, communicates like a pro, and thrives on being the person others rely on…
You’ll stand out here.
