We are seeking for a skillful and responsible host/hostess who can deliver high-quality service to our guests upon their arrival. We will depend on you to ensure our guests will always come back and attract more customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests upon their arrival
- You ensure there is a wait time, and input guest information into seating system
- Seat guests when their table is cleaned and set up.
- Answer phone calls
- Take out orders
- Handle any complaint or problem with a polite and positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payments
- Friendly, polite, patient
- Handle a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborate with the rest of the staff
- Great communication skills for a welcomed environment
License/ Certifications:
Food Handler Certification (Required)
California RBS Training (Required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
