American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric ICU RN requiring 2 years of pediatric ICU experience and prior travel nursing experience for a Level I trauma facility.

Work in the Pediatric MICU at a Level I trauma hospital
-
Care for pediatric ICU patients including those with congenital heart disease requiring ventilator management, inotropy, and central lines
-
13-week assignment
-
Shift options include rotating day/night 3x12-hour shifts or permanent off-shift, and day shift with more weekend requirements
-
Weekend coverage required either every other weekend or every third weekend depending on RTO usage
-
No on-call responsibilities
-
Floating required to CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed

Active MA RN license required
-
Current BLS and PALS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience required

Experience with ventilator management, inotropy, and central lines required

Level I trauma hospital experience required

Prior travel nursing experience required

2 verified professional references from 2 different facilities among the last 3 places worked required

Provide critical care nursing to pediatric patients, including respiratory and cardiovascular care for those with congenital heart disease and ventilator support needs

Care may also include post-neurosurgery and neurologic patient populations

Local candidates accepted at a rate differential for those living within 50 miles of the facility
