Experience is a plus, but it is not required—we are willing to train the right individuals. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and enjoy staying active, we'd love to meet you.

About Our Company
We aren't a small startup looking for work—we have the infrastructure and customer base to keep our crews busy year-round.

- 5 storage warehouses
- 3 locations in Southern California
- Over 2,000 storage vaults
- 5 full-time move estimators
- Established customer base and consistent booking volume
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to safely perform physical labor throughout the day
- Team player who can lead by example
- Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (for driver positions)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Verifiable employment references
- Ability to lift and move household goods safely and efficiently
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Additional gratuities/tips are earned and are not included in the posted hourly rate.
