Feng Cha was founded in the U.S. in 2016 and is part of a Taiwanese boba chain with 700+ stores worldwide and 30+ in DFW. We take pride in serving handcrafted drinks, welcoming every guest, and building teams that grow together.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and help them discover drinks they’ll love.
- Prepare handcrafted tea, coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency.
- Keep the store clean and organized (tables, counters, restock, equipment).
- Follow recipes, sanitation, and safety checklists.
- Work as part of a team during both busy rushes and slower times.
- Support teammates by jumping in where needed—because teamwork matters.
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- ✅ Weekend availability is required (deal breaker).
- Positive attitude, reliable, and team-focused.
- Able to stand 4–8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Preferred: 1+ year of food service or customer service experience (not required if you bring an outstanding attitude).
- Minimum 6-month commitment preferred.
Shifts
- Morning / Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Evening / Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 10:00/10:30 PM
- Two shifts per day available.
Compensation & Benefits
- $10.00 – $14.00 per hour base pay
- Plus tips (average $0.45 – $0.65 per hour)
