About the Role:
As we continue to expand throughout the Southeast, we are seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support our growing presence in the Georgia market, specifically in the Atlanta, GA area.
This role is ideal for an ambitious healthcare leader looking to take the next step in their career. The Regional Director of Operations serves as the primary operational leader for an assigned market, supporting facility relationships, provider performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.
You will work directly with executive leadership, have responsibility for your assigned region, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As Regional Director of Operations, you will:
- Serve as the primary operational leader for assigned facilities within your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, directors of nursing, and corporate partners
- Support and develop behavioral health providers to ensure operational and clinical success
- Conduct routine facility visits and act as a visible presence for both clients and providers
- Monitor provider productivity, operational performance, and service delivery
- Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve operational outcomes
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of providers
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure client concerns are addressed promptly
- Support regional growth initiatives and new facility implementations
Qualifications:
Required
- Leadership experience in healthcare operations, long-term care, post-acute care, behavioral health, physician practice management, home health, hospice, dialysis, or related healthcare settings
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and facilities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Passion for developing teams and improving performance
- Willingness to travel routinely throughout the assigned market
Preferred
- Multi-site healthcare leadership experience
- Experience managing clinical or operational teams
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
