Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance / Forklift Operator, where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and safely operating heavy equipment within our warehouse environment.
Duties
- Operate forklift, cherry picker. Hi-Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and basic repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance by inspecting products for damage or defects during receipt and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts, improve materials handling procedures, and enhance overall warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklift, cherry picker
- Experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for inventory accuracy.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
Shift : Monday -Friday with Mandatory OT On Sundays or After 5pm
1st shift : 8:30am-5pm
