Fat Fish in Bountiful is now hiring Sushi Apprentices!
We are looking for hard working individuals with a love and passion for
Sushi & Asian cuisine. Experience is a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi.
- Manage food prep activities, like cooking rice.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
Skills
- Good knife skills.
- Ability to work both fast and accurately.
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
- Weekends are required.
Work experience as a Sushi Chef or at an Asian restaurant is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
