The Residential Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and progress of clients and their children in our Women & Children’s Program. As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role supports clients in achieving their recovery and parenting goals through daily supervision, transportation, childcare, group facilitation, and supportive interventions. This position is essential to the smooth operation of the residential component of the program.

Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency shifts.
Comfortable with electronic documentation and basic computer programs (MS Outlook/Windows).
Reliable, accountable, and customer-service focused.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Associate’s degree or two years of college in Human Services preferred.
Experience working in residential settings or with similar populations strongly preferred.
Relevant training (preferred but not required): ASAM Criteria, co-occurring disorders, naloxone administration.
