- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Experience in guest relations, night audit procedures, or resort environments is a plus
