Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of captive insurance sales experience
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
- Proven sales performance and ability to close business
- Strong understanding of insurance products and coverage conversations

- Generate new business through outbound and inbound opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify protection gaps
- Cross-sell and round out accounts
